Neat 1892 cover from Elmira NY to SilversideDE, then forwarded. Duplex handstamp, 2 cent small banknote; Carrcroft DE CDS at top center; Philadelphia transit backstamp, along with 2 Wilmington markings and most interestingly a double blue oval Carrcroft B& O RR Phila. div handstamp that is presumably a station agent marking, but not listed in Towle.
