1886 cover from Shanes Crossing, Ohio to Fort Recovery. #210 2 cent brown Washington, double circle rubber handstamp with large pinwheel fancy cancel; cover slightly reduced at right impacting stamp; octagon backstamp. Mercer County, 1823-1890 DPO.
