This Lot is an 1882 Straits Settlements (British Colony) Scott #48 Queen Victoria 6c in Used condition. Stamp has deep rich coloring, four narrow margins, and nice perforations all around. Portion of oval Singapore cancel visible. Please see picture of front and reverse sides for condition and quality.
