A very rare, nicely centered, 1879 issue of the black 20/US/20 Customs Cigarettes Taxpaid Revenue stamp, with a faint "Passenger Baggage" cancellation. The 1980 Springer 9th edition catalog # for this stamp is TAC6b. Scott does not have a catalog # for this stamp. The stamp has never been hinged, and is essentially flawless. This is a very hard to find revenue stamp in this very fine condition.Note:
