Item Description

This Lot is an 1877 San Marino Scott #1 Numeral 2c Green in Mint No Gum condition. Stamp has deep rich green coloring, three narrow margins and one at very edge of design, and good perforations (a couple of perf shortened at top left). Front side of stamp is clean, and reverse side is clean, no gum, has paper hinge remnant and light pencil marking. Priced accordingly. Please see pictures of front and reverse sides for condition and quality. Scott 2024 Catalogue values this stamp at $37.50 US.
