Nice triple rate cover from Tolland, CT to Putnam in 1872. Weak CDS, indistinct cork cancels, 3 cent and 6 cent banknote issues. Tolland County Mutual Fire Ins. Co. logo at upper left with green lined underprint; some edge wear; partial strikes of what appears to be a private receiving device front and back.Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
