The envelope is in good condition. The flap is not sealed. It does have some pencil notations on the front and some toning, mainly on the back.NOTE: On multiple purchases with shipping costs, I will use the item with the highest shipping cost and then charge $.15 for each additional item, up to a maximum of $3.00.
