Approximately 8" x 10".Major Fred Cooper's receipt for his "Springfield rifled musket". "Cap pouch & cone pick", and "Cartridge box Plate." Cone picks were used to clean debris from the cone of a percussion rifle/musket to reduce the chances of a misfire. Issued at Brandy Station, Virginia on 2 May 1864.
Two short (less than 2") splits at two storage folds. In nice shape.
