3 cent 1861 #65 on allover ad cover the state of Maine State Adjutant General's office, with state logo and underprinted lines. Double circle postmark with unclear year date, circular grid killer on stamp. Nibble out at left edge and cover with extensive soiling and some backflap damage.Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
