1859 cover from New York to Spring Prairie WI. 1 cent 1857 issue #24, black CDS with year date; unsealed backflap, would have carried a printed circular. Spring prairie was a Walworth County DPO, 1845-1925.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
