1857 cover from Aberdeen, Scotland to New York. Partially clear red Boston postmark where the cover entered US, red 5 cents credit marking; black origin postmark; 1 shilling stamp with wing margin at left and applied at top edge of cover, which has staining at lower left corner and in address area, plus backflap damage. January 1, 1858 Liverpool transit. Scott #28 (Scott $300 used, $425 on cover). Neat transatlantic.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
