Neat circular mailed as a drop cover at New York; large black CDS with huge integral "2"; "printed circular" handstamp at upper left; printed content datelined Havana and dealing with prices of sugar, molasses, etc. ASCC $50 from 20 years ago (same as many other drop and circular markings from NY) but in my view considerably scarcer than some of the others - neat item.Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
