A wonderful student study complete calendar of the imperf Washington stamps 11 & 11A nicely presented as shown...while there may be better shades and clearly some orange brown stamps (10 & 10A), possibly better recut and other varieties, I present and offer this as a complete calendar, all with black cancels, and almost all upright strikes as shown...these also look to be selected for their visual appeal of the stamps too...one should expect some mixed condition as these calendars, like fancy cancel strikes, are put together for the specific date cancels as shown...there include the scarce JAN 1, FEB 29, JULY 4, DEC 25, etc...this black set also has a few bonus stamps with what appear to be non-valid dates **such as FEB 31, etc***...the basic cheapest catalog value of $15/stamps has been used to come up with a Scott CV of over $5500 for this lot...a wonderful old school calendar that would take forever to put together in this era of almost extinct large lots of imperf Washington stamps still offered...LOT L1-room 2 shelf 2/3/4 area I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between. I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
