1850s Philadelphia PA stampless cover to MA. Blood's Despatch local post "to the mails" use (carrier took it to the US post office). 15L13 stamp acid tied; small Blood's local postmark; Philadelphia town mark with integral 5cts rate, showing unpaid onward transmissions in the mails.
