Neat post office department stampless free frank from 1837, to Cornwall VT. No name on frank but "Auditors Office P.O. dept". Printed form is signed by Selah Hobbie and relates to the payment of quarterly accounts to the department. Neat postal history item.Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
