Condition:Condition as described in the title, or, possibly in description too as needed.1861, 1¢ BLUE, TYPE I (SCOTT 18), block of 4, positions 25-26, 35-36, top stamps with double transfer variety, o.g., previously hinged, absolutely spectacular top quality type I block with luxurious color and well incised impression; the left two stamps are matchless GEMS; this is without question although it has a trivial flaw still the finest remaining #18 block, Very Fine, with 2017 P.S.E. certificate and 2021 PF Certificate.
