161 10c MVLH F/VF Centering Bought as OG but I doubt it, think it's a good regum. (Very shiny nice-looking back appearance.) As such, the Scott value for NO-gum is still decent, over $250 in fact. Please inspect second scan of back. There's a light pencil ID mark "188" which would be correct if this had soft porous paper (and NG CV over $600), but a gentle flipping of this stamp to my judgement has a slight "snap" sound to it so I'll go with the lower-value ID as listed. Also note the rather light horizontal crease just above the pencil mark.Seller Information
