Scott #14 vf used copy of the type ii (design is complete at top) 10-cent green washington imperf from the 1st large series of stamps issued by the post office in 1851-57. Two light "paid" cancels. This stamp is fault free and extremely fresh. No problems.  scott catalog value is:$160.00.
