On May 19, 1966 the phosphor-tagged stamps were expanded to the commemorative series starting with the 1314 National Park Service issue (#1314a) and continued through Mary Cassatt (#1322a). Only about 12% of these 9 varieties were tagged and are getting more difficult to come by. After January 1, 1967 most regular issues through the 16c, all commemoratives and additional postal stationary were ordered tagged. Thanks For Looking Please.
