DULL GUM FDC: 1c Prominent Americans; pane of eight, (Scott #1278a DULL GUM var), pane tied by Washington DC Mar 1 1971 cnl to cover, unaddr, the pane was issued by the USPOD as an experiment, it is listed in Scott but does not have a separate number, which has never stopped it from being on of the scarcest and most interesting modern issues, flap is NOT stuck, tiny bit of wrinkling typical to booklet FDs, fresh and Fine-VF centered!I will combine shipping. Just ask.
