Churchill: 5c winston churchill issue, (#1264), private overprint in silver for the 1971 25th anniversary of the famous "iron curtain" speech, affixed to westminster college card dedicating the churchill memorial, card is also overprinted, the stamp is a bit tough to read but says _mopanex '71 / fulton mo 65251 / july 16 -18 1971_, the second scan shows the stamp, i have tried to alter the color a bit to make it more readable, very unusual private overprint made just after the usps took over, reverse is blank, vf
