Condition: fresh & well centered, rare mint stamp with original pse cert as shown...While the stamp has small issues as reported and as shown, it is one of the nicest centered of the 317 stamps that were produced...A rare find...

I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where i could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.
