Condition: Rare used vertical right sheet margin pair with blue integral rate '10' cancel which is accompanied by the original PF cert as shown...VERTICAL PAIRS ARE MUCH MORE SCARCE THAN HORIZONTAL PAIRS...Scott specialized adds premiums for the color of cancels...see pics for presentation and details...as a point of reference, a 'fine' used single retails for $825 at the largest stamp dealer in the country...stock code: Bz 443 I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.
