Condition: Rare used pair with a compelling blue "STEAM 10" cancel which is accompanied by the original PF certs as shown (I agree with the latter cert of a #1 & not a 1a)...Scott specialized adds premiums for the color & type of cancel...see pics for presentation and details...as a point of reference, a 'fine' used single retails for $825 at the largest stamp dealer in the country...stock code: I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between. I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
