Condition: Rare used stamp with green cancel on cover which is accompanied by the original PF cert as shown...Scott specialized adds premium of $1250 for green cancel off cover...see pics for presentation and details (I personally do not see the issue reported, but I have provided high resolution images for your review)...CV 1066 I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between. I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
