Neither can I. No on the catalogs. Seems to be the earlier items 2016-2019 but I can't swear to that. I wouod never price even close to cat. value but that is what happened. Perhaps I inadvertenly adjusting items did something I should not have …

Thanks Scott. I do have 2 shipping rates as you have indicated. US and everywhere else. I think I have done this correctly. I have shipped to the UK several times so am not sure why she insists that I am not set up for the UK. Is there somethi…

Thank you both. I try to get it right but miss too often. I truly appreciate your comments.

Thank you all! I had forgotten that I had an auction going on. Up to then I had only sold through fixed price or best offer. I should have figured it out but I was stymied. Thanks from an old guy.

Hi Todd I use 102 cards, or Star Sheets, or Vario sheets to hold my items for scanning. So they are already lined up for the scan. If I use 102 cards, so be it. I can use up to 8 cards per single scan. If I am using Star sheets I may have multi…

One more point. I am 81 and technology and I are not well acquainted as we used to be. I developed software using a product called FoxPro which was bought by Microsoft in the early 1990's. Sad to say I have forgotten a good deal of it.

Sorry I forgot something. I am not familiar with multi cropping. So I can yes or no. to the question from Todd.

Thank Ted, Todd, and Scott for sharing your process etc. What do I include on my listing? I keep it pretty basic. Country, Scott #, MNH, MH, Used, any Faults, or strong points that might need mention, scan, and price. I have debated about Scot…

Thank you Scott. I only the front. I do the back if it a pricy item or if they request it. I appreciate the comments and the time you spent. I also appreciate your comments on #153. US classics or the more pricy items have never been my stron…

I should have asked. Is anyone else having issues with Bulk File? Has anyone successfully used recently? Thanks Tom

As near as I can tell, my Bulk Load file is not loading. I tried to print it and it is 5 pages of giberish. Yet Excel shows all is ok with the file. Something is definitly wrong within the system.

Not quite familiar with the auctions but mine is saying I have no items. I actually have 86 items and I have tried everything I can think of with no luck. Inclination is something has happened to cause a problem. I am still checking things becaus…

It appears whatever I found to be the problem was not the problem. I am unable to upload my file and I am getting the message my file is empty. I have tried several things and tone seem to be the answer. Is anyone else having any dificulty uplo…

oooops1 I found the mistake. I did not reailize it was a drop down box and you need to specify All a second time. My bad! I hang my head in shame.

I must be doing something wrong. I have about 2750 items that I need to delete the .25 per item charge. The only thing I had to change was ----I had to select the button that specifies all. If I did not do that I got a message that says No Items…

Thank you John! After several years I am still learning the way hip stamp works.

Got it. Thank you

Since Bulk Lister is only allowing 50 items to be selected, how can I do an update to 2500 items in one massive update? Or am I not understanding something.
-
Thanks John. I appreciate your reply. It just dawned on me, I could export the inventory and find them that way. I will use the Bulk Lister. I sorted them Oldest to Newest so my guess is 1 or 2 batches go hosed. Thanks again.

Last Friday went to the Post Office and asked the clerk if there was any way I could send this package a cheaper way to the United Kingdom. (The postage cost I was quoted was $27.78 as it was around 6-7 ounces.) The clerk replied "Yes, do away wi…

Thank you all for the comments. I appreciate your comments. The problem I am wrestling with is the minimum accept/decline dollar amount is a number and therefore needs a specific number for each stamp. If we had a percentage that would be a signif…

Thank you John. and thanks Michael. I do believe that will be declines automatically.

John how do you do a bulk edit for your entire listings. I thought you could on bulk edit selected items. Can one select all items?
-
Thank you Don and Jack; I have used accept offers for several years but have never had it abused. I agree with john and it's probably time to do away with it. The vast majority of my customers do not use the offers option and those that do I usua…

Thanks Phil. I will keep you posted.

Thanks too, George. I like that idea on entering the name of the product. The thought never occurred to me.

Thanks Ted. Scott, I have some supplies that I would like to get rid of. Much of these are G&K produducts and Lighthouse products. I am thinking of auction starting at $5.00 or so. I just have not seen supplies as an item through Hipstamp. …
