  Of course, the seller made the mistake, the seller pays.
  Same thing if the seller misidentifies and/or misdescribes an item.

  I would say that if the seller has made a mistake or error in the listing, and the item is not as described, then the seller should pay. A couple times I sent the wrong item, and asked the customer to return the item, and I sent a refund to pay for return postage.
  
  If the item is as described, and the customer decides that he/she does not want the item, then the return postage is on them. This has happened to me twice.

  Buyer pays for return postage, make sure this clear in your sales
  No buxxshit about it
