  • Some kind of Russian, that's all I can say. 2500 rubles indicates some measure of hyper-inflation. The stylized and hard to see letters at top are cyrillic "poshta" for post. There's no nationality indicated, I think it may be Ukraine, or perhaps Georgia or any of a handful of Soviet republics in the late 1920s.
  • Odessa Famine Relief - privately produced for collectors. not listed in Scott. per Linn's stamp identifier page102.
    I just knew I seen that before.
