Open listings are not updating

My open listings still have the items that closed today still showing and new auctions that were started today are not showing up.

  • Looks like some sort of a backlog happening with the Bulk Uploader. We receive the email notification that the listings have been listed. When a refresh on the Items for Sale page is refreshed, there is no new listings to be had. This is now over an hour since the system accepted our Bulk Uploads, with at least 110 new listings not available yet. Still showing 102486 Listings in our store (this was the quantity earlier today, before our uploads).

    Just a heads up for all.
  • Auctions that I listed tonight to end in 7 days are not showing up either. Also my auctions that closed tonight are still showing in my open file but at least the sold ones are showing up in my sold orders page.

    Something very wrong is going on.

  • There is something afoot. I've listed three new store items in the last couple of hours. Get the message "your listing was successful". They have yet to appear in my store. Usually show up in a minute or two. Don't know if it's me or the site but everything seems normal on my end (or as normal as normal can be). Maybe their hard drive is full.
  • I tried signing out and sign back in and still nothing. These items started closing and new ones opening at 19:00, 6:00 central time and it is now 11:00 CST.
  • Ya, its been more than 4 hours now with still no updates! Silly. This system sure is no longer a solid platform that it once was back in the BidStart days!!! Change, not always is a good thing.
  • Yes it has been over 4 hours for me and I went to my account page and I was charged for the auctions, I went and followed the link to the listings and they show up but they do not show in my store nor do they show up in the listings.
    So the items are there but they are out in never, never land.
  • It has been over 12 hours now. I can list anything the regular way. Anyone else having problems?
  • Same problem, listing form items are not showing up since 8 hours. New try yet, not showing up again but fee ist charged.

  • Same issue here, I stopped listing today after 3 items failed to appear. The system generates the ID No and says you are successful, but cannot find them by Hip ID or PID searches. They have just vanished.
    Have contacted support, received acknowledgement but so far no answers. I have not had this problem before.
  • Just for the record. I tried raising a support ticket on this as happened to me as well. got thrown out of the support system as far as I can tell as my support ticket was not raised. certainly had no acknowledgement so if support sees this thread please could you address of us all. I thought maybe a one off for me but seeing this thread I realise that is Not the case. Thanks everyone.
  • I'm having a similar problem...new listings are not visible on my store or on my listings page, but if I manually change the ID in the URL, it's there.
  • I usually list my new store items as "Scheduled" whereby they list at a scheduled time. This morning I had over 400 scheduled listings that were supposed to drop into my store. These items no longer appear in my scheduled listings and do no appear in my "Open" listings in my store. After sending a message to HipStamp about the problem, I came here to check to see if anyone else was having this problem. I hate to say it, but am a bit relieved to see that you are all having the same problem (misery loves company). Now I am just hoping that they can fix this problem and that I don't have to manually relist all those items.
  • Same here- my store item count on my store's home page shows 283 items listed but when I go to the listings the item count is 271- not reflecting the 12 items I listed about 6:00 A.M. this morning. I'm sure they'll figure it out- hopefully without us having to relist anything!
  • I listed via bulk lister this morning. Report said it was successful, but nothing new in my store, yet.
  • just checked again so an update for others of you ... hope all fixed for you. I see my listings now posted so probably a database slow update. Hope same for everyone else

  • Had the same problems... but I also have another one, are sales showing up? For the first time since I joined Bidstart I haven't had an order since last Friday! Can buyers order or is it just me that suddenly lost all my customers?
  • Checked and I'm locked and loaded! All showed up correctly.

    I am having sales on my auctions but views have gone way down and it probably is because the pages update so slowly with it taking up to 12 to 15 seconds to load with the new header set up. I have a download speed of 200mbs and I can only imagine what it takes to load a page for people with a lot slower internet speed.
    Customers are being turned off.

  • Yes I am all good too, got a very prompt response from Hip Support (Anj Barros) which was much appreciated.
