Help to identify Argentina Inca Bridge

I am trying to positively identify this stamp, but know nothing about Argentine issues and have very little catalogue info. It definitely has a large sun watermark and may be AR889a The attached image of the watermark is unfortunately the best I can get it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I know the stamp is not in the best condition but I just want to finish the exercise.

Do you have perf info? 696 is a similar red-brn 10p variety.

I found it on colnect, it has the same watermark, and Perfs so is possible. Will have a closer look later today but may have to catalog it in my db as 696
