Downloading my listings to my computer

I had a hard drive failure and would like to download my listings. I lost copies of every one I ever posted (even on other sites) going back 20+ years. Of course, some I will never recover, but I would like to have the current ones. Is it possible in bulk or do I have to 'modify' them individually?
