Hi Guys
I offer free shipping to buyers when the spend over £10. Today I received an order for £10.61 which was charged £2.00 shipping and the buyer paid, this is wrong.
I set this up some years back now and I cannot remember how I did this I have not knowingly change anything. can anyone help
