  try using a smaller size image, that is usually the answer to images not appearing in these forums

  It's the lower of two values celebrating Yugoslav monuments, issued June 9, 1983. Scott #'s 1635-1636. Both stamps show two perforation varieties: 13-1/2 and 12-1/2.

  Wow! Thanks a lot! Strange that Scott didn't put a note under the 1961 issue...I never got to turn all the pages up to 1983!
