Shipping Easy - Lost Packets - Support
I shipped 2 orders back in December to the UK and Canada. Both my customers are saying that they did not receive the stamps. When I track the envelopes, the last scan for both envelopes is December 12, 2019 - Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item. I called the USPS and they are claiming they don't have the item so they are not responsible and I cannot get Shipping Easy to help because I use the Free service. Since the stamps are in their facility, I need them to check. Does anyone know how to contact them? I left messages and no callback.
