I've been staring at this listing for near a year, have reported it numerous times, and yet, nothing ever happens with it.
This is pure misleading, in every way.

Look at the cert... it's clearly the wrong cert for the issue. But NO WHERE does it give any hint that this is a 114a worth $18,000. PSAG made a mistake, but this "seller" just wants to insist it's a 114a that someone modified to look like a 114, which is idiotic.
