11 all the way around no ink spots on the back it’s possible it a flat press but I don’t see any of the evidence to support ! I need to compare the measurements?

There is no horizontal or vertical since it’s perforated all the way around ? This is a flat press correct

The image above is flat plate, it is perforated 11 with a natural straight edge at left (front). So you KNOW this one is a 552. You now have a known reference for flat plate printing.

So, the next question is, how do you tell the difference between rotary press and flat plate printing?
