OSS Hiler death head forgery

Does anyone have any information on this stamp? I think it’s Germany Mi. 17. There’s information on the web about it, but nothing I’ve found relates to the stamp itself, i.e., philatelic information.

There is lots of lore about the Hitler death head OSS issues , but beware , almost everything ( like 99.99%) you see out there are fakes . I’ve seen the real ones and really the forgeries look better . But yes , this was a program of the OSS.
