The Queen is dead. Long live the King.

Does Britain immediately stop using the Queen's profile on stamps?

  • I hope not. She is truly loved worldwide. We grew up with Queen Elizabeth and even though I knew this day would come, I, as many others are not prepared for it. She will live within us. I'm thinking maybe there will be more stamps with her on them.
  • I grew up in Knightsbridge (London) in the mid-1960's to the mid-1970's and well remember seeing her as the young and beautiful Queen that she was. Always keeping my "second" country in my heart, today's news has absolutely devastated me. Rest in Peace you dear, dear Lady...

In my view , also a great philatelist and owner of a renowned collection and a wonderful human who represented what was good and honorable. She will be missed.
