Nothing came up searching the image. I acquired it in an album of early german stamps last week. I am leaning toward an easter or christmas seal. Does anyone have a better answer?

Googled it. Says it is Denmark Christmas seal.

was reprinted in 1983? - i mean reprinting Christmas seals! :-) because of it i dont sell Denmark christmas seals- i suspect they reprinted everything issued of the christmas seals. There are a lot of other nice types of seals from Denmark though.

Interesting, I put the image through google and the only thing that came up was "look-a-likes". Mostly the German semi-postal fairytale issues. Thanks for looking.
