Someone on Twitter posted this link to a tracking page on the UPU website.

Is this the answer to the problem of sending international registered mail but not getting USPS tracking beyond US borders?

    That sword cuts two ways. I have an order coming inbound from Romania that left there on December 14th (Registered Mail) and this tracking site says 'no tracking available from the United States...'
