Newfoundland # 133 changeling ?

I have two Newfoundland # 132, Used. the one on the left is Scott
#132
, is the one on the right a changeling ? just cant find it in Scott's cat

looks to be the same stamp just different ink variations. Quick google search reveals "one printing with 3 different perforations and 8 colour trials"

My personal belief is that it is sun faded* but I could be wrong.
*ie exposed to sunlight, even through a window for a long period of time

This is a colour changeling. All colour trials of this issue were imperf. Could have been caused by sunlight or by some chemical source.
