Looking for help with 1957 Franklin issues

Several years back I used to send scans or eBay links to Bill Weiss for quick, inexpensive identification. I am wondering if anyone currently is providing this service, as I have several of the perforated Franklin issues that I'm hoping to identify. Many have perforations cutting into key areas, and the more I look at them, the more I have become unsure of my previous determinations. I don't want to get them certified at this point, largely do the numerous condition issues. I do know a couple of these are certainly misidentified. Does anyone know of a reputable source to do this for me?
