I am not aware of any Canadian stamps issued without gum with the exception of some bob. Maybe John Talman can chime in? Just mint stamps that were soaked.
There were a few stamps in the 60's issued with "different" gums that at quick glance appear to be no gum. Scott 447, 1966 Traffic Safety, gum described as Davac, clear and tasteless. Scott 453 1967 Centennial stamp also with Davac gum. At the time all the other stamps from Canada had the traditional dextrine gum.
