Problem with Shipping

Hi guys I would be greatful if a member or two could take a look at my store. The reason is I have had 3 buyers not pay for shipping as they think that shipping is Free which it is not unless you buy £10 for international buyers and £5 for Domestic buyers.
I have sent a message to each buyer and so far we have resolved this issue, I do not known how an order can be paid for without shipping cost or why they think there order is FREE shipping.
