Not satisfied. The order placed on 10-16-23 and received on 11-02-23 with a USPS Tracking Number. The order was for 4-items all to be XF Mint NH OG: (1) RW64 is okay, (2) 2484 booklet pane of 10 Wood Duck is okay, (3) 3273 sheet of 20 Malcolm X not okay – left column of stamps has been bolded back and bottom perforations of 2-left columns of stamps have been separated, (4) 3333 All Aboard a sheet of 20 stamps was damaged in shipping due to inadequate protection of the contents by the seller. I decided to keep the stamps in this order and skip the hassle of dealing with this seller and having to pay for return postage w/tracking. On 11/02/23, the day that I received the order I informed the seller what was not satisfactory to me. The seller’s reply to me is, “richfrancs Re: Order has not arrived yet. 11/02/2023 19:31:48 General rule is return the sheet. The adjustment then is refund or new sheet. HOWEVER THE SHEET WAS NOT RETURNED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME.” I do not know how I could return any portion of the order prior to receiving the order. The seller’s REASONABLE TIME, is not reasonable.
