Of 11 items, 5 were not as described or were damaged. Vendor did offer to refund $28 but this wasn't enough to satisfy and correct this condition. I sent back the entire order for a full refund and vendor did refund me the full amount. Still the inconvenience and additional cost of not only returning this order but subsequent going back into the stamp mkt to rebuy, is costing more.
